operational infrastructure. Our Sales Support
Representatives
provide pivotal support in delivering a top notch customer experience to each
and
every merchant and sales agent.
Primary responsibilities (90% of time):
New Account
Processing -
verification and data entry of merchant contracts into
computer-based systems; scanning/faxing/filing documents.
Deployment
- configure, program, and deploy POS equipment, supplies, and related
merchant documentation. Making outbound calls to assist merchants with
their new
equipment/account.
Administrative
Support - answering
telephones, mailing/faxing, messaging, retrieving mail.
Merchant
Support -
answering and resolving inbound merchant inquiries about services.
Sales Support
- Answer inbound calls and provide information or resolution to sales related
issues.
Marketing
Support - Participate in tradeshows and company events, as required.
Assist in
marketing efforts - sending out direct mail, telemarketing, and other
related duties.
Other Responsibilities (10%
of time):
Many other
challenging duties to be assigned.
Qualifications:
Extreme
Entrepreneurial Spirit!
HS Diploma,
College Degree preferred
2+ years of
successful sales support experience, preferably in the bankcard industry
Dependable and
act with utmost integrity
Strong MS Office
skills, primarily Word, Excel, Outlook
Highly organized,
punctual and detail oriented
Adaptable and
flexible in a very dynamic office environment
Strong
math/financial aptitude
